Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day. You’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been packed and shipped. 2. Shipping Methods and Timelines We partner with leading courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery time depends on your location and product availability: Metro Cities: 2–5 business days Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days Remote Areas: 7–10 business days Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays. 3. Shipping Charges Free shipping may be available for certain products or on orders above a specified amount. Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before final payment. Any additional delivery fees (like express delivery) will be clearly mentioned during checkout. 4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order directly through your Iriscart account under “My Orders.” 5. Delivery Attempts Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times at your provided address. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases. 6. Damaged or Missing Items If your package appears damaged, do not accept delivery and contact our support team immediately. If you notice missing or damaged items after delivery, report it to support@iriscart.in within 48 hours with photos and order details. We’ll arrange for replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy. 7.
